So, my parents started application with pejabat daerah / tanah since feb this year. But have not received any feedback from them, even calling their office - answer is just wait for result.
They were told even ppl applied since jan has not got the approval yet.
Any1 having such problems too? What else can i do to help, or escalate to which dept?

Just bought a 10 yrs old second hand myvi for my dad.
Think the tint has degraded badly, very hot during lunch hours.
Wana, ask, any reasonable tint shop for myvi in penang that u guys would recommend?
Budget 500+ maybe? Or just below 1k if its value for the money

Quite mild as the color of scratches still same as ori color.any good scratch remover that u hv tried before that works well ?

Myvi engine mounting how much?

My 7 yrs old myvi start to vibrates heavily even in static mode. Today the mechanic told me the mounting need to change d. Only change the right hand, driver side 1 piece, ori + workmanship is rm250. Is this reasonable price in penang?

My younger cousin, 7 yrs ago got caught for online bexting. Went to lokap 3 days. Then we go jamin him. Paid 3k. But now 7 yrs later another guy claim to be police called last week. Say the case not settled. Will gv warant arrest or court letter. When pay the "fine" we forgot got receipt o not. Too long d. But now claim the case still open, and no fine paid.
Not sure the 3k was considered xxxx money?
Dono what to do now... Is possible case open for so long?

Hi guys.. Waken midnight by the sounds and smoke smells of bas kilang , every nite the driver will pass through my house and park his bus just few houses away. Its a housing area . Supposely bas kilang not allowed to be driven home but park at designated area? Who should i report to? Many neighbors , their kids especially, start to cough n complain also.
