So I am kinda confused. There are so many options out there, Dell, Toshiba,Fujistu, HP and Acer and God knows wat else. And the computer shops at melaka just make me even more blur.Well, I was thinking of a laptop for my dad, for email and the odd PC mahjong for mum. my budget is rm3k (small, I know blush.gif ) So, umm, any suggestions? Oh yeah, should i buy from local pc shops or order straight from the company itself?

This model reminds me of a laptop, minus the attached screen. Its so small for a desktop pc. Is there any other small pcs like this? Cos my house is really small, and I am pretty clumsy.

Hihi. I have seen alot of topics posted about doing medic in Russia. How about medic in Indonesia? Any students willing to share? I am kinda interested cos' it seems that Indonesia unis had quite a good reputation.Besides, the low cost is definitely attractive. What say you?

Hi.Newbie here.Need advice on investing.

Hi.I just finished my STPM.I currently have RM 1000++ in savings( It's not much,I know )I am currently working part time. But I am afraid I can't work any longer cos' I kena National Service. So not much $$ and I am trying to save more $$ for my university education (I am doing local, but the fees still alotlah) Well, my teacher advised me to invest any extra cash instead of letting it sitting it in the bank, cos inflation ,u noe, inflation=ringgit devalues. He suggested investing in shares. But I am not sure whether RM 1000 is enough..And even though I am reading up on alot of investment books and websites, I am still new,not very confident though. My dad says RM1k is not enough..He says need at least RM10k? Very blur..So far the shares I have in mind are like PBB and BAT.Cos they have been very consistent in growth rate, share price etc. But the thing I am not sure is this,is RM1k enough?I mean for a transaction?Sorry for the long winded intro, just trying to make my situation clear..Also, my dad says blue chip stocks are much safer.Which I agree, but I have notice that certain stocks, though not being blue chip stocks, are quite good.Should I go with my thinking?Or go for blue chip stocks anyway?
