If you have lots of money , high-tech lab, all types of ingredients , and u have plenty of time (and we are not thinking about pratical):-

What type of skincare/cosmetic/beuty tools/ slimming products u would like to create?

eg. cream to apply on nose, can make nose more pointed (haha)
