Hi /k,

I have a friend which I lent a considerable sum of money to him with him promised to pay me back after a week. I had to constantly follow-up with him on the status and till date I have not received my money back. I'm tired of trying to get on hold of him anymore. However, noticed that there is a way to recover the money through submitting a small claim case with small claim court as long as the amount is lesser than 5k?

Has anyone here tried this method before? how effective is it? and how do I get hold of his IC number to submit the case?
