[WTA]mobo or PSU problem

hi, my bro PC got problems, at beginning the PC cannot ON, then we suspected the PSU blow, then change to new cap ayam buy from PCZONE. when on, the casing light turn on but the screen blank....the suspect the mobo burn and maybe the new cap ayam PSU not working properly...then i use my fren PSU powerlogic and when on the HDD burn coz i can see smoke and burn smell from HDD....

few days later..

i try again with 2nd dary HDD with the cap ayam PSU....then that 2nd dary HDD oso burn...burn smell, smoke and the IC torn out....i dont know what the prob with this PC... npw we have lost 2 HDD...damm...

i just wanna know what coz the 2 HDD burn? izzit the mobo burn and coz over voltage to flow to HDD or sumtin else or i might do sumtin wrong during installing the PSU......this is first time i face prob with HDD burn

can someone recommended good and cheap mobo for amd X2 3600+ brisbane and cheaper HDD....

i have the problem with this person bjg6500...he own me $500 from last month, he said this month when he got the salary, he will pay my money...
he said he will got the salary on 7/3/08 and he will pay me...i wait wait...n send the message to him and neva reply...then on 9/3/08 in the afternoon i call him, but the operator answer my call...then around 2PM he call me back and said that he need the money to pay the car n moto...
he want to pay me ckit2 dulu coz he need to use the money...i can consider the problem that he face and agree that he pay me this month $250 and $250 for next month...
then i ask, when he can pay my money, he reply by asking my bank account number...i said ok...i'll send my account back later...then the conversation over....then i send him my account number and wait for him to bankin my money...
but none from him...i send him message but he never reply....today is 12/3/08 and he still pay me nothing...and im worry that he try to cheat or to con me....i try to PM him but the inbox is full and no PM can enter his inbox....

i dont know what to do with this guy...i need some advise regarding this problem...do i have to report this problem to moderator or bring this to police....someone pls help me...
