Looking for a Budget Phone

Hi,

My daily phone, a Redmi 4A has been with me more than 5 years. I think it's time to change. Looking to buy a budget phone during tomorrow 1111. My requirement is as below:

- No gaming
- Software like Shopee, Taobao, TnG ewallet, Whatsapp, Pulse and Waze etc.
- Casual browsing and reading PDF
- Taking pictures and videos (not selfie)

Budget below RM500, android phone. Is there anything sifu can recommend? I kinda prefer Redmii brand if possible cuz it's very lasting.

Ps: My redmi 4A has a fat battery, ran out of memory and cracked screen. It still works like a Nokia 3310

Mixing Sika 107

Anyone can guide how to mix sika 107 with balance? Sika guide is to mix 5kg susu with 20kg cement to achieve slurry consistency. Since I'm working alone have to mix bit by bit. Common problem with this is the susu finish first and left with cement. So any sifu can share tips and trick? I'm applying on concrete deck above car porch. Already cleaned the surface and repaired cracks with Sika Crack Seal.

TIA

Car cannot start

Sifus, I need help.

Today I try to start my Vios, don't know why the car is dead. No indication light, power, alarm etc. No power at all. Just few days ago I drove this car everything was OK. I did change the air intake filter, surely that wasn't the cause. Is the alternator first to suspect in this case? I'm thinking to recharge the battery and then try to start. The workshop I know is 30 minutes away from my house, but I worry the battery will die halfway. Usually how to deal with such situation?

TIA

Maxis AC1200 Sucks?

Hi guys,

Recently I have rewired my house FTTH cuz the wireman fked up my fiber optic. Modem and router relocated tfrom kitchen to living hall TV cabinet.

Plan: 30mbps maxis fiber
Moidem: Huawei (forgot model)
Router Archer C5V
Package: Maxis 30mbps
Mesh: 2 unit Tplink DECO M4 at 2nd floor

First day after relocate connection is ok. At second day started to DC randomly in the afternoon/ evening when most of us is using internet. We mostly use mesh wifi. I initially thought the problem is ethernet cable connect router to Deco. Previous is using CAT5e patch cord next to router . Now at living hall I have ethernet cable connect to 2nd floor. Speedtest using mesh is around 27mbps download, don't seem to be the issue. The problem is got wifi signal, no Internet. Watching Youtube suddenly buffering. Around 1~ minute connect back.

I read from old thread 2018 many people complain AC1200 is rubbish. After 2 years this problem still persist?

Morning guys

I need help. My bathroom floor (1st floor) cause last time waterproofing not done well so water will leak to the ceiling at ground floor. Hardware shop tauke recommend to use AJ waterproof as the cheapest solution. Floor area around 30sqft. I applied first coat using brush but even after one week paint still wet. The tiles seem not to absorb the paint and it became sticky. I applied using brush so the tauke advice me try to use roller for even coat surface. Haven try out yet.

Anyone used AJ on tiles? Will it really absorb?

So after long time MCO without Internet finally this Tuesday Maxis technician came for installation. He checked they fiber Optic cable from a small box to my house living room signal is low. Suspect cable is cracked and he told me the whole cable will need to replace. Original cable is Lite Kabel G657A 30 meter. How to know my cable is single mode or multi mode?

Btw, do ISP provide service to re-run these cables or I'm better outsource contractor?

Not sure because last time my dad did the subscription and he say kinda got other deposit but couldn't remember... Package is 4Mbps now paying RM69 per month.

Btw, what company any sifu can suggest at Bandar Seri Coalfield area?
Panasonic Vs KDK Regulator Fan

Guys, I come across 2 models of regulator type fan: Pana F-M15A0 and KDK K15V0. Pana usually go for RM130 and KDK RM145 on shopee. Many people say that Pana and KDK come from same factory, don't know who OEM who. The spec for both are the same. I don't understand in this case why KDK is RM15 more expensive in this case. Is KDK just selling name or performance wise is really better than Pana?

Residential Wiring Power Point

Guys,

My new house is running 3 Phase. So after reno got add power point, light point, air cond point etc. The original DB from developer is already full. So the wireman and aircond man both do a lousy job cuz supposedly should add a secondary DB. Instead both of them just simply tap from any MCB and change MCB to higher rating. I plan to rewire to new MCB. Got a few questions here:

- 16A MCB loop to 3 power point is ok? Can't remember last time is 13 or 16A.

- all the wiring concealed inside the wall with PVC pipe so if I reloop then how to track the wire without hacking the wall?

- Air cond MCB rating based on horsepower. Like 1.5 hp should use how many A?

Quoted RM500 per aircond point then use thin copper pipe and 2.5mm2 wire. Headache.
