laptop hard disk problem

Dear everyone,
I'm having a big problem with my Acer laptop, its hard disk seem to suffer physical error even i do nothing, after just 1 or 2 days use, it won't be able to start, noisy sound and damage file etc. even i tried to format or else, still have to install again and wait 'till it error again
Buying new laptop is impossible for me now So can i change its hard disk ? Anywhere offer that service and how much for it? Pls help me. thanks

Limkokwing University absorbs student's blood

Hi everyone, i wanna say a sad story of Limkokwing student right now.

It began when i first join the university, i received offer letter that wrote the tuition fee for any subject of any semester is same 1000 RM
It's ok for 1.5 year
Last semester they said that now they increase the price, every student have to follow. That's say i have to pay extra for final year, that cost 1,200 RM/subject. I hardly to accepted it, i could not appeal for the right tuition fee

Now, this semester when i come. They increased the fee for new student which is 1,600RM/subject. When i registered, then went to bursary to make the payment, they said 1 subject cost 1,600RM, the rest is the same as last semester. I convinced them that im returning student, then i won, i just need pay the "right fee" ( which is still 1,200RM per final year subject). I happy and enjoy the new semester That's time im not outstanding, of course

But, suddenly, this week, the bursary came to the class and told that who is outstanding fee would not be allowed to come to class. It's ok. But... they show the paper that almost student are .... outstanding!!!! Then when we appeal, they said go to bursary.

But today, when i went to bursary to show the receipt which is conducted on 29 February, the women there told me that their leader had issued new rule that even student study how many subject per semester, he/she still have to pay the full tuition fee of standard 6 subject in that semester. For example, i paid enough 5400RM for this semester for 5 subject, they still demand me to pay 6,600RM!! even my receipt got sealed by them!!!

To make it clear. I have 8 subject left, they assume me to be in semester 6 right now, i study 5 subjects 1st then 3 subjects left are deferred to study in the next semester. 2 out of 8 there are my repeat subjects which are in semester 4 (i paid full 2000RM plus 100RM for repeat). In 5 subjects i paid and study right now, i have 2 subject in semester 5 and 1 subject in semester 4 ( quite complex ).

But when i told them, they even dare to said: besides 6,600RM for semester 6, i have to pay plus 2000RM because those 2 subjects are not in semester 6!!!!! I'm enjoy study new semester, they even making VISA for me after got my receipt of payment, and now they force me to pay extra 1200+2000=3200RM!!!! How can i live there? And if they still do like that, even i fooled to give their f*cking money, next semester they'll still say im semester 6 and have to pay 6,600RM for 3 subjects left???

i wanna buy rapidshare and flickr account so i need a credit card to buy it. So anyone can suggest for me which type of credit card that i can apply here to buy these account but because i'm an international student, i don't have annual income. so credit card must be
- can apply paypal
- no require annual income
- i'm not enough 21 years old
- etc.

I decide to sell my Canon S3 IS 3 month old to upgrade to DSLR system
Need advise where can i sell it ? Any shop in Sungei Wang or Midvalley accept it ? Thanks for your help
