Currently im a low income kuli.

So i go lepak with my unker, and i asked him what can i do to increase my income up to /k 20k standard.

He told me to become part time stock trader.

I was skeptical, thinking it was some sort of mlm.

Then he explain more. Then only i understand.

No need to pay him anything, but he will teach me the techniques.

How to choose stocks, when to buy, when to sell, when to hold, fibonachi, eliot wave, candlestick etc.

I do some research and found out people charge hundreds to thousands for these lessons. But he is teaching me for free.

So, this thing got potential or not? Maybe i can join /k 20k club soon.

yesterday my mom went to shopping complex..

then she went to a booth selling halogen air fryer after they called her..

now she already paid rm200 deposit. total price she would pay to them is rm2500.

the thing is, in the receipt it say we cannot take back the depo.

i am furious upon knowing her buying this thing. we don't need it.

is it legal for me to go to the booth and tell them to give back the deposit.

ok.. currently in my asb, i have 40k.

yesterday i have been thinking about asb loan.

can i take 200k asb loan, and use my already have 40k to serve the loan?

i dont have to burden myself by separate half of my current salary to serve the loan. i dont have to be chase by the bank to pay up the loan every month.

is this possible?

i read in the Internet people are disputing about asb loan whether it's good or bad. iam still uncertain about it.

Hi All.

My dad want to help his friend selling a plot of land.

it is 10k sqft. price is rm70k. Upon hearing this news, I decide that I want to buy it since it is a bargain. most lands at that size worth at least 300k at that place. this is my estimation by viewing the lands price in that area through mudah.com. im not really certain the actual price of it tho.

Here are the catches

- land is under kaveat= must be use for oil palm plantation.
-lot bumiputera-
- leasehold- 47 years left.
- problem with grant holder

-can we remove that kaveat? the land is in the middle of a town. it is surrond by shoplots and housing area. i intend to flatten the area and build something else like motor workshop/carwash, etc. if this is not possible, i want to sell the land at current market price.

-how much to extend the leasehold? from what i read it is not that expensive.

I want to ask about property agent too. how much do I need to pay for their services? Should i try on my own to sell the land later on? How about the lawyer fee?

I have zero experience regarding land business. sifu please help.

Need to replace the mi4 screen i think.. Suddenly the phone cannot turn on. It f i try to turn it on, only white screen with many small grain size dots of colors appear..

So going to xiomi centre at pj tomorrow.. Anyone ever had the same problem? How much for screen replacement?
