Need someone to share experience

Hope someone who got the bonded scholarship (bonded with company) or currently serving the bond to answer some of my questions.

1. Do you regret to take up bonded scholarship? Why? If you are given a chance to go back to the past, will you still take the scholarship?
2. Will the salary when you are serving the bond be the same as those without the bond but same working experience as you?
3. What is the disadvantage of bonded scholarship?

Will be very grateful if you are willing to share your thoughts/experience/views.

Dilemma

It is between engineering and medicine.
I went to USM engineering course interview last week and for the upu, i got an interview of medicine by UMS. The problem is if i pass the UMS interview, i will not get any offer for other courses from any uni except medicine by UMS. So, it seems like i have to make the decision between engineering and medicine now. Please dont advise me to choose based on my interest because i have same amount of interest for both courses. The situation is worsen when I am shortlisted for a scholarship interview for engineering course. So, please kindly give me some advices because i really have no idea how to solve it.
