Ximi App, click and earn commission daily?
Unsure if anyone heard about this apps, the app require you to deposit $100 USDT (Via any crypto exchange) to start the mission, and you earn commission (range from $0.01-0.03) per mission up to 45 times a day (Higher VIP can earn more entry). Seems too good to be true given (0.03 * 45) = $1.35 = that's literally 1.35%/day. Just wanna know if anyone a Victim/User on this App can share how true/false is this App/Scam. I got to know about this apps from a colleague and he has been cashing money out every other day, and is currently earning without any $$ that is belong to him (I don't trust him so... that's why i posted it here).

If what he said is true, i admired him on cashing out weekly. Cause if you already hit ROI and cash out, the maximum you can lose is just Time Cost.

Grace Period Profit (GPP) Question

Regards to the Grace Period Profit (GPP) that i have been paying since I bought a new house (2020) which is currently under construction due to Covid-19 MCO. From the Bank platform i can see the the total Loan Amount that the bank release to the developer and thus far, that amount seems not deducting so I wonder if I'm just paying for the interest all this while? But it seems to me there isn't any other option to click on the Bank's website if were to pay more. Only can pay the GPP amount listed at the end of each month.
Cheapest way to acquire Stablecoin/Crypto

Dear Crypto Sifu/s, as the title mentioned. Securities Commission Malaysia currently only regulated Luno (please update me if they already regulated Binance). So therefore Luno is the main platform i used to expose myself to World of Cryptocurrency. I found that Luno currently has very few crypto currencies available in Malaysia compare to Luno at other country, and i wanted to invest in Stable Coin for Staking at Anchor Protocol. Wanna hear some advise from the Sifu out there, what is the cheapest way (I don't really mind the hassle) to get Stable Coins? I'm currently thinking of buying XRP then transfer to other platform and convert into Stable Coin since XRP got lowest "Fuel Fee" compare to BTC and ETC. So 2% on Platform + Fee + Probably Conversion/Swap Fee on another platform? Do share your insight on this.

KWSP/EPF Withdrawal for Downpayment

Probably this question has been asked many times in the past but i just unable to find one without going through many post and decide to post a new question.
Regarding the KWSP/EPF account 2 withdrawal, did anyone ever withdraw just to pay for the down payment?
I found myself short of few thousands for the 10% down payment, and wished to know what is the process on the withdrawal?

Is it we have to pay first then wait for KWSP/EPF to deposit into our account? or We wait for the EPF money to be debit into our account then paid the remaining down payment to developer?

How long will this process take? Is it everything online now? (Sorry i'm first time buyer)

And, can withdrawal also includes like Legal Fee, Stamp duty those sort of the "Addition" on top of the doownpayment?

Myvi Icon, What to do after 5 years / 100k Mileage

Dear Car Sifu,
I'm driving a Myvi 1.5SE (2014 Facelift) and just passed 5 years mark and close to 70k Mileage and everything still in stock, i never bother about modifying it since i keep thinking that modifying can void all the warranty from Perodua which i just found out it's not true. So, need help from the sifu here, what is the recommended modifying for better comfort (other than get a new ride which is overkill)

I read that the first few things that car owner should do is to change the Shock absorber and coil spring lower the car for more stability instead of Upsize the rim size?
I still like the size default 14" rim from the icon SE so probably and saw that people talking about changing to 16-17inch rim only make it more bumpy compare to 14".
Any other part that i need to take note of? and what is the recommended brand/model to purchase

Nvme vs SSD for GamingRig

As stated in the topic,
Currently most newer Mobo come with nvme support for boot drive. So my question is
Is it an overkill to buy nvme over SSD? (Samsung 960 Evo vs 850 Evo)

Since 960 Evo is quite expensive over 850 Evo ( 250GB/Rm650 vs 250GB/RM455)
Should i get one for boot device and have 850 EVO as Steam Library?
Or i just get a 250GB 850 Evo and get 2TB Mechanical Drive and i save a lot from this

Wireless Access Point help~

Hi guys, looking for advise.
<Scenario>
I'm going to set up a project discussion room for 5 teams. approx 30 peoples in a room that is not wider than 30 meters, it will be a temporary one as i not sure if we're going to use it in the future, so i'm not thinking of spending over RM500 for a network equipment that only used once.

A friend of mine suggest that using a Access Point will do the job since all of us will be using WiFi. I've been google-ing for quite some time now but usually when people don't review how many devices can connect to a single AP concurrently.

I'm wondering if any one here with relevant experience mind to share what are the model you used and how much devices it can hold.
