Need to buy new monitor, not sure between 2

Hi guys,

My current monitor is Dell 24inch. It lasted me for around 10 years now and only now the screen is flickering badly.
Nowadays i saw new monitors in Dell. However, there are only 2 gaming monitors which are using 1080p resolution.

I am looking at Dell S2419HGF due to 144Hz. I am using GTX 1070 ti, so the freesycn isn't useful for me. The G-sync monitor is over my budget as i am looking for RM1k. However, i was checking around, for this monitor review, there isn't much about it. Radartech reviewed it with 3/5 stars only. Most of the amazon users rated it 4-5 stars.

Then i also saw this monitor ViewSonic XG2401 or XG2402. I heard good things about them.

For your thought, any other monitor i should look at? Else i may get the Dell. XG2401 is selling at 840, from store name eITstore.

Recommended Muay Thai Gym

Hi guys

Wanted to ask for recommendation for the Muay Thai Gym? I stay in Subang, so i wanted to find a gym which is nearby to my place.
I heard there are a lot of those gyms which are teaching the wrong technique. So far i heard, the good ones are in Bangsar. I also heard there is 1 in Cheras but those places are very far from my place.

Anyone else got any recommendation?

Thanks.

Shuttering whenever running application

Hi guys

I encountered this rather annoying issue. Last month, i had this problem where the performance of my PC was acting weird. I ran the game like warframe, it shutters when it loads something. I thought it was due to memory issue. I open the web browser, it's the same thing. I know it shutters because when your mouse moves around, it started to feel jerky. This only happens when it is loading something. So i thought it was an issue with the HDD, i backup my data, and ran scandisk. Found no error or bad sector. After that, everything is running as normal.

As of last night, the problem came back. I noticed massive shuttering when i play warframe. Often happened when it is loading something. Not only the game shutters, my voice chat got affected as well. My friend told me, my voice was breaking up. The mouse pauses for 0.5 sec and then normal, then repeats for everytime something is loading.

Anyone encountered this before? I have no idea what would cause this issue. Anti virus found nothing. I will be running scandisk again tonight.
