Chinese Font software

I'm looking for a chinese software like microsoft word that contains a lot of fonts such as arial, times roman and so on but I need em' in chinese version for example 楷书, 隸書, 金文, and etc.. anyone has this kind of software to suggest? other than 中文之星< this one always got problem.

Why my pc keep restart even I removed the gpc..

As I written above, I removed the gpc from my pc after i found out my pc kept restarted. After I removed the GPC, the pc (desktop) still keep on restart...

Faulty problem found when: Copying file, Watching movie ( no other programmes running )

Any sifu, can help to find out the solution for this?

Unstable running for Notebook

I wonder whats the problem with my fren's laptop. The situation is like this, the laptop had fell down on floor for once, then the cd-rom has a small crack. When wanna turn on the notebook, need to press and hold the cd rom in order to run well for the windows startup. IF i left my finger off from the cdrom, the notebook will perform weirdly such as hang, and slow in copy files.

I did changed the Hard disc. And the problem still the same... Is this case common or something wrong with this notebook?

there is an issue that discussing about JPA scholarship....some ppls think that should take it and of coz need to work back for government....and some ppls think that its not worth to make this deal..coz after graduate u cant work freely...means u need to work for government........pls share ur opinion that whether we should take the scholarship or not......thanks^^
