Condo - Sybas Meter to Residents Unit

I'm interested to hear opinions of condo owners who might have experienced mgmt body claims against them for 'inter floor leaks'.
In my case its apparently minor leakage in ceiling piping after the Sybas meter, on the same floor but in the common area and some 10m from my unit. It stopped through no action or response on my part, and in my view was similarly caused by no action (or lack of reasonable maintenance) on my part.
My take is its not 'inter floor' as its on the same floor, and 2015 Strata Title regulations are not specific on this and don't apply. I would gladly respond and take action if my toilets or plumbing was leaking onto my neighbours below. That's clear where the burden of responsibility lies. In short its neither 'caused by' or can be proven 'attributable to' my actions or mis-actions.
However its setting a precedent if Strata Title owners are now responsible for all common area maintenance issues that might arise; we pay considerable management fees for these minor repairs to be attended to and I'm not aware of the changes in mutual responsibility post the transfer of Sybas meters to individual owners in 2017.
Can anyone enlighten me?
Thanks
