Pos Malaysia can collect on behalf w/o slip?

So the Pos Malaysia ask to collect without attempting to send to Ezibox so there is no slip, and im no where near the said post office, do they allow third party without slip collection

Give option to post to Ezibox but ask people to collect at Pos office, call also dont accept, email or pm for redelivery attempt also get ignored.

The problem is unable to pick up during collection hour, thats why la send to Ezibox, but Pos Malaysia send those who want collect at home or office to Ezibox and let Ezibox parcel collect at office??

Edit: How can you get someone to collect on behalf without collection card?

Just move in recently, tried data on Digi but some room cant even get 4G connection and keep on disconnecting , even in 4G connection the latency is like 500ms, only some spot manage to give me minimum 200ms, I already checked coverage on telcos and most of it says covered but dont want to end up like Digi case, anyone had any experience there can give suggestion? Leaning towards maxis because of its indoor connectivity but still want to confirm first, i really need good connection for video calls.
