Problem after error blue screen :(

Last week I was playing Overwatch at the highest setting and one day I play till half my PC shutdown itself without warning, after try a few times, sometimes it shutdown by itself and sometimes blue screen show up error with speaker loud buzzling sound as well. My current PC spec is GTX 760 2GB, 8GB RAM, i5 4750 3.2 GHz and I run my Overwatch game through HDD. During that time I try play other game like Starcraft and Fallout 4,nothing happen except Overwatch. After that,my solution is to set my Overwatch to high/ medium setting and it wont shutdown by itself anymore plus previously I use air compressor simply clean out my CPU dust.

Now here is the problem,i play or use my PC casually but I realize most of my game fps drop at least 10 or 20 more or less and I can't like multitask like I always do such as I open google chrome and window fullscreen game at the same time, I can feel lag or hang or something. I can feel my some of my spec is damaged and I was wondering is it RAM problem or HDD problem or graphic card problem? In my opinion I think is not enough memory to load my pc? If I add one more 8GB RAM will it able to solve all this? It would be really appreciate from all senior or pros help here

Gaming Ping

Hi, I wanna ask so far the latest COD Black Ops 3 in Malaysia the ping is horrible which the best only around 100. I knew that Treyarch do not provide dedicated server for Malaysia or Singapore but is it possible to find solution for our own such as VPN or better hardware (I don't know those stuff helpful or not, just saying) in order to get lowest ping?

Call Of Duty Series Ping

Hi, I wanna ask so far the latest COD Black Ops 3 in Malaysia the ping is horrible which the best only around 100. I knew that Treyarch do not provide dedicated server for Malaysia or Singapore but is it possible to find solution for our own such as VPN or better hardware (I don't know those stuff helpful or not, just saying) in order to get lowest ping? I'm huge fan of COD especially multiplayer but lag is the main problems, I'm good at COD not because I'm pro , it just i get used to "lag kill" all the time in COD,lol . So far I only purchase Black Ops 3 which is bad in my opinion because of the ping, do you guys tried advance warfare or previous COD series? Are the ping good as well or just Treyarch developer do not have dedicated server for us only?

Youtuber Gaming

Hi,currently i'm interested to be youtuber gaming, which basically do more lets play or gaming review and more, but recently i use a software called Fraps to record my gameplay (which is just a simply start) and i find that it affect my frame rate a lot, this is my first time to do that. Can anyone tell me what are the requirements in order to get everything setup to become a youtuber like pc specs, webcams, internet and softwares to edit video and so on . Currently i'm still studying and im not sure how much work needed to edit video plus i never sone any edit video work before. Secondly, I would like to know how much internet connection needed to make sure gaming without lag and upload video speed and so on? And also is it necessary to spend a lot of money on hardware and software too in order to get all basic stuff to become a youtuber? I hope anyone who got experience on youtube stuff before can give some suggestion and I will really appreciate it
