PC screen slow to show

My pc has been very weird recently where the screen did not show anything when i start my pc. The screen only show after 3-4 minutes after that. I have tried to reformat my pc, try both analog and digital cable yet the problem still exist. It is very troublesome especially when I need to use my pc urgently.

Has anyone encountered this before?

ProtoPingResponseSpec problem on FIFA 10

I have played Fifa 10 since not too long ago and everything went smooth until I reformat my PC and cannot play FIFA 10 anymore. It says something is wrong with the ProtoPingResponseSpec as below. Anyone knows how to solve this? I google it so hard but still cannot find any solution

Graphic card problem

Hey guys, my pc has been quite obedient all these while until yesterday night where my pc suddenly hang when i m playing CS. The game paused for a while and resumed after that. I think it should be caused by my graphic card problem. This process repeated for a few times so I quickly quit my game. After that everything is ok.
Then it comes to this morning where my pc suddenly hang again. The error message was all in blur and could not be seen clearly. Then it restarted but failed to login to windows. The startup repair begins but it cannot solved anything. After I reboot again, everything seem fine again.
Anyone knows what may have caused this and how to solve it? Many thanks in advance

I have been searching folder lock for my nokia 5800 but failed. I wish to lock my sms and my photos so that other people wont be able to see it. Can anyone kindly help me? thanks in advance

My pc always makes trouble for me ... sometimes, when i am using it half way it will suddenly turn to BSOD and whenever i restart it, it always fails.

This similar problem happened again yesterday and turned even worst. When i restart it, it will boot half way then suddenly turn to blue screen and restart itself and the same process keep repeating.

I left with no choice but to format it. After installing the windows files, and rebooting it,another problem occurred. A message telling that my \windows\inf\biosinfo.inf files missing, appeared. Arrrghhh !!! Anyone can help me ? No computer shop opens today also ...

BSOD

Blue Screen Of death (BSOD) happens so many times to my pc, then when i trying to restart, it fails. It cant log into windows successfully until a few trials.
Anyone knows whats the problems here ??

IE cannot be opened

I have encountered a very very weird problem..
My IE 7 cannot open any web page yet my mozilla dun have tis problem..lan user here, and other user dun have tis problem
i even reinstall the IE 7 yet the result still the same...some say may b the mozilla crash with the IE 7 so i uninstall mozilla but nothing changes....before tat my IE 7 is just fine n i didn't change any internet setting but the problem suddenly occurs.....anyone knows wat is the problem ?? how to solve it ??

Civil enginering vs E & E engineering

I m quite interested in this two subject . But not all the u offer both the subs. So i have to decide now . Which one has a brighter future ? E & E shud b more difficult but civil nid to travel always. Can anyone help me ? Those taking any of tis subs are welcome to give suggestions. If i wanna study one of tis subjects which university in Malaysia is better ? Any idea ?
