            <title>Review for Dell Exclusive Store Malaysia</title>

            <description>My laptop problem: The laptop is not even 1 year since i bought it. But the inner LCD screen just cracked...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In march, i called dell and tell them my problem and ask them to sent a quotation to me,i provide them my email. I waited for two days and call again, same answer i got.I&amp;#39;m having final exam that time so i give up the calling stuff and sent a quotation request through Facebook and they promise to send me an email in few days. But you know what, i waited for two weeks and FINALLY they sent me the email. I was so speechless when i saw the price in the email, 2k for a LCD screen replacement? What? I can buy a new laptop with that price. I was so dissappointed with the wrong quotation email and i just ignore it. Few weeks later in April, they resend me an email for the LCD quotation, RM315+RM150 labor fees, okay this price is acceptable. So i decided to proceed the email in early May so i reconfirm with them before i want to proceed the payment. The answer i got from dell is &amp;quot;sorry the quotation is not valid anymore&amp;quot; as i request it in march. I was so angry and dissappointed with dell. Who is the one that send me a late reply and a wrong quotation?&amp;#33; I give up dell. I went straight to lowyat plaza mall to fix my laptop. Surprisingly i found a dell shop there as their website didn&amp;#39;t have any information about the shop and their customer service didn&amp;#39;t say anything about that(maybe i didn&amp;#39;t ask) so i thought that dell only have partner shop or agent in Malaysia. Okay, i give you one last chance dear dell. The staff did the job nicely and efficiently, they call me when the laptop is ready (just in an hour). Dear dell,you better give some compliment to those hardworking staff and appreciate them who save you from this dell&amp;#39;s review. The staff who fix my laptop is an Indian, all the staff are nice and polite. They are the one who let me put my trust in dell again. Lastly,i know it&amp;#39;s hard to make everyone satisfy with your service but i hope you can improve that is why I&amp;#39;m writing this long review.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Overall, I will still choose dell:), keep up the hard work guysss&amp;#33;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Btw i fixed it for RM 350  (inspiron 5559)&lt;br /&gt;*LCD screen not under warranty (others still have warranty)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;*for those who call me stupid go to a fake shop (i don&amp;#39;t know maybe?), dell actually send me an email and ask for my review after a few days. I have a resit with the dell logo and new LCD warranty for 3 months</description>
