Building a chemical lab at home?

I am thinking about building a really small chemical lab using my free room to research on stuffs . Definitely not processing ganja or heroin lel

On a serious note, i want to continue my research from my grad school by myself and the chemicals and processes involved are not be taken lightly.

Is there any regulations on this issue? I am aware of the fire and chemical and overpressure hazard and in fact, i might need to carry out my plan on an empty land if this is against the land law or dangers the lives of the others should there be an explosion, even though it is extremely unlikely due to its small scale (100 milliliter) and all the redundant safety measures that i will take .

However, I couldnt find any laws or regulation on this , any help or links would be really helpful.

Are you fine with not getting the credit for your job?

I am looking for artists to draw some illustrations for my youtube videos

Due to privacy reasons, my channel is fully anonymous and I do not even want to disclose where I am from.

However if i were to give credit to the future artists, I'd risk getting my nationality exposed. On the other hand I find it to be unfair to the artist who put their heart into creating the drawings.

What do you guys think? Would you still take the job at a normal rate? Or would you rather get compensated for this disadvantage ? Or it's a straight up no deal?

However when I look up the internet for 2D animators in Malaysia all i could find are cartoons like Bola Kampung or Usop Sontorian (see link attached, taken from Wiki https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Malaysian_ani...Screenshot.jpg

Do you guys happen to know any Malaysian animation studio or independent animators that specialize in this style of drawing? I really want to avoid commissioning overseas companies or individuals if possible due to the laborious laws, taxes and travelling

Hi

I am currently doing an internship in Company A, which is owned by Company B (50%) and Company C(50%)

My company(A) mainly produces semi finished products for both of its parent companies to be processed into final products , but it also has some other clients as well

is it advisable to write "Internship at A(a subsidiary of B and C)" in my resume ? B and C are huge companies and I am thinking to use it to sugarcoat my resume, but i am not sure if that would cross the line?

-6/7 years passed, that region got a lot more developed
-Market price rose to RM700/month
-TS need money for his stupid dream, extra 200 a month is a lot
-Tenant might be suffering from covid related stuffs
-TS wants to raise rent after 2021, after covid dies out
-Judging from the development might even raise more rental after 5 years
