My staff ask me dont deduct EPF from her salary

She is a new staff, just pass 3 months probation, I havent put her name in my company epf yet ( but she have epf account ).
She told me she have another epf contribution in her brother company ( ghost staff ), so can i dont pay her the epf since she asking me? She said just say that she is a part time if EPF come to our door.

But my income tax will have salary deduction, and epf contribution. It will be illogical if the staff is permanent but no epf contribution

Lazy? Certainly not, because u have to pack, drive and wait there at the shop
