British 'Superman' Saves the Day'

A British "Superman" saved the day after foiling an attempted cash machine robbery on Wednesday in Gloucester, South West England.

Antonio Cortes, 32, was wearing the superhero outfit for his work with the nonprofit Give A Smile UK, which raises funds for disabled children. In the UK, it is common for volunteers working for nonprofits to dress up and try to raise money in public areas.

While on a break with other volunteers, Cortes heard screams and tackled a man trying to mug a woman, the nonprofit said on its Facebook page.

The attempted robbery took place at a Co-Op Bank on Aldate Street in Gloucester, police confirmed in a statement. A 54-year-old man was arrested in connection with the incident.

They believe the dolls hold children's spirits which bring good luck, wealth, blessing and protection from harm. Owners of Child Angel dolls worship and treat them as human infants by cradling, feeding and dressing them up.

Dolls cost from 2,000 baht (US$55) to 20,000 baht ($556). The trend has even prompted Thai Smile Air to allow passengers to buy tickets for their Child Angels dolls, agreeing to serve them onboard drinks and food and several restaurants in Bangkok have announced they will serve children's meals to the dolls

i experienced this when i had my holidays in s'pore in my brother house in Bukit Panjang, Senja Link. it is a new building not an old 1. but each time during 12 am to 2 am, the marble sound can be heard, but to my amazed, my gf, me and my mom is the only 1 can hear it.

the 'pindown'
i hate when this happens. it happens only when i'm staying in my Butterworth house. i cant open my eyes, i cant move my body, and there is a very loud noisy sound at my ear. i cant never make what sound is it but i'll be there stuck for few seconds. often i try to shout before i'm able to wake up..believe me it is not a dream.
for those who doesn't believe my story, its ok but just to share with u all...this is my backgroud

i hv 2 brothers n 1 sister. both of my bros n sis has been disturb during the last few years of their teenage years ( 18-20). my eldest brother ability to see, has stop when he was around 27. my sister is a nurse and she was able to see when she was about the same age. the ability she had, has now stopped. my second brother can also see them. but his ability still hv until now. he is now 27. as for me, i had my ability since 18 but it stopped now. i'm just 21 but i always kena disturb by them unlike both my bro n sis.

when we went to ask from a women who practice casting the spirits away, she told my family that, this spirit had been following my grandpa, since he had passed away, that thing has no place to go but to follow us. since i'm the last 1 in the family, i'm stuck with it. we planned to cast it away but somehow, my parents don't really believe it although that hv seen it with their own eyes and experienced it themselves. so things were left as it is.

so far i'm happy that i'm not been disturb badly, just the normal 'pindown', but i'm hoping it will go away.

things that indicate the spirit still with my family is: (past experiences)
1.in our home, u will always feel the spirits are there
2.i always kena the 'pindown'
3.my leg will kena pull when i'm studying at home, and i always will see it at the corner of my eyes.
4.my mom, ONLY when she is at home (normally she will be in s'pore) my bro n herself will start to spot the spirit around the house, always hiding around the door n table area. dunno y. . . .
5. my dad will get disturb by it when my mom not in the house.
6. my bro can see but diff with me. he can see clearly, not like me only from corner of my eyes
7.my dog will always stare at the corner wall of my room and bark. sometimes run down the staircase after barking ( NO JOKING)
8. while playing ps2 with my friend( neighbour ) at my house last time, when we decided to stop the game n close the console, both of us heard a kid voice saying 'aiyaa' . we both look at each other n walk away. he also experience sounds like ppl walking up the staircase at HIS own home at night while everybody is sleeping.
9. my nephew when he came to our house, he experienced 2 things.
1st he was about to fall a sleep when he pointed to the corner of the wall and tell his papa(my bro), 'who is that'
2nd, his toys fell down to the floor and he bend down from the bed to take it when suddenly he climb up and hug his dad n cry! he would say the reason until now.
10. my gf never had any experiences before she know me. even her parents dont believe such thing. but since she came to my house, she had been experiencing things herself.
when she sleep at my house, she will always be waken up by ''me''. while i'm watching tv downstairs
according to her, ''i'll'' walk in the room n lay beside her and wake her up by pushing her...

am i afraid when all this happen? yes, i am very afraid. i'm not simply saying this things to get attention. it is just that, after reading, i was amazed to find out the things some strangers are able to experience the same thing. but to all those gifted people out there, i was told by a lady something that made me feel safe and i want to share with u..
if u are given the ability to see, then it means the spirits trust u. u are some sort of a connector for them from the other side. the reason we may not know. if u are disturb by them means u r not strong enough...like me, thats why we feel scared... so pray more, anyway be happy with ur gift as not many people hv it.

and for those who were wondering, the spirits that are in my family, doesnt harms me or my family in wat way. we dont really know why it is following us. why dont we cast it away, its because it never harms us and i dont really know to whom we should go. we are afraid things might turn worst. so we leave it as it is. . .
and it always appear itself totally black colour without a face. no matter how clear u r able to see it, u can never see the identity of it.

When I reached in to examine the pipes, they seemed to be further in than I remembered. I had to crawl inside the cabinet, and as I did so, I discovered that it just continued. So I kept on crawling further and further into the cabinet. In the end of the tunnel I saw a light, and when I got there, I realized I was in the future. I meet myself as 72 years old, the year was 2042. I did a lot of tests on him to see if he was really me. And the strange thing is that he knew everything about me. Where I hid my secret stuff when I was in first grade, and what the score was in the soccer match against Växjö Norra in the summer of 88. He knew it all.

We even had the same tattoo, although he's was a little faded. He told me some of the stuff that will happen, but not so much. And I promised not to tell anyone. I made a film with my mobile phone. Unfortunately the quality is not the best. But it's what I have got. Actually I don't care if people thinks I am a liar. I know I'm not. I met myself in the future, and I was fine. That's all I know.

But if it happened to me it probably must have happened to someone else."
