It was told that HIITS burns fats more efficiently than Slow-Go Cardio.

I was just wondering if such schedule as below is advisable:

Formatting external drive

Hi all,

I had just purchased this external drive from PC fair last night.
I was able to detect & install the drive when the external drive is connected via usb.
However, it came to my knowledge that the drive is pre-formatted with Fat32 file system.
I understand that i would need to reformat it to NTFS file system in order to gain access to the drive in WinXP environment.

The problem is that the progress of the format is just extremely slow.
The ratio of the progress is like 2 hours : 1% of completion.
Is there any method if i could do it in a faster way or is there anything wrong with my external drive?
Would appreciate if someone could help me out on this.

Setting up Maxis ADSL via Artnet Modem

Broadband provider
ISP/package: Maxis Wired ADSL 1.0 MB

Personal equipment
Modem: Artnet Router Modem(4 FE port)
Firewall used: No

I had problem setting up the Internet connection with my old Artnet (FastEthernet port + ADSL enabled) router.
I managed to establish the PPPOE session with Maxis and able to obtain the public IP address assigned by ISP.
The DNS IP(202.75.129.101 & 202.75.129.102) was properly configured in the router modem too.
Somehow, I am still not able to access the Internet. Is there any steps that i overlooked?

Anybody experienced by using the same equipment before?
Appreciate for your advice.
