Console PC Tax Relief

Does anyone know, purchase of console pc (Steam Deck, ROG Ally, Lenovo Legion Go), applicable for the personal lifestyle tax relief of Rm2500?

There are basically personal computer running Linux @ Windows packed into a handheld form. You can browse @ open file like a normal windows. Can even hook it up to a monitor and it becomes a pc.

I already emailed and messaged LHDN Fb, no response from both channel.

Motor Insurance - Short Term

Lets say I plan to sell off my car in a few months time but the insurance is due soon. Looking to cut some cost.

Do I have to pay the full 1 year payment and burn the remaining insurance validity once I sold the car @ I can just sell off the car with dead insurance?

Unresponsive Insurance Claim

My car Kia Optima was involved in an accident since 4th of April 2022. Since then I have requesting weekly update from Kia SC for the progress of insurance claim. Since 13/5, I have received update from the SC saying that major parts have been approved. However, up to today they cannot provide me with any ETA of the parts. I have been asking as to why and they didnt provide me an answer. Their whatsapp is also very unresponsive.

May I know what further action can I do to push them?

Developer doesnt wanna return deposit

Hi all. This developer GPLex Realty doesnt wanna return my deposit money. Its been near to 4 months now. I have asked them over 5 times & its been the same excuse "processing".

Prior to this also their service was very slow. Very reluctant to submit for loan.

What else can I do besides lodge a police report under commercial crime?

My current workshop started to put cut throat price. Rm 80 just to reset engine timing. Another Rm 80 just to change wheel hub (plug and play, 15 minute work).

I been using Lenovo laptop. Now its around 7 years already. However during the 3rd year, both motherboard and HDD failed. Claimed under warranty.

Some shop mati2 force you to take any of their package.
