Taobao Courier - Need Help

Hi there. Thought anyone could help me with this before I get a definite reply from the Prouter courier personnel themselves.
I received purchase from Taobao and used Prouter as the courier agent. And it looks like they tied up with Lazada Group to be the receiving courier agent in Malaysia.
