Need help identifying cable

So I was doing my routine maintenance and liquid metal application on my Zephyrus-M and I carelessly broke this cable. Now my computer won't even turn on.

What cable is this and what does it do? Is it the reason why my computer won't turn on?

I think it's beyond my capability to repair it myself so I'm planning to send it to a laptop repair center. So I want to educate myself on what the problem is so I won't get cheated on later.

I've heard many bad stories about the Asus Service Center in Low Yat, are there other places you would recommend to repair this?

Thanks!
