My broadband has 1 wan ip and 1 lan ip but not able to go out internet with the lan ip provided.

Can an employer force you to work and fulfill 1 month after giving notice, even though I have 14 days of Annual Leave.

I wish to leave early.

I would like to know, they as an employer have the rights to force employee to not use up their Annual Leave?

As an employee do I have the rights not to fulfill their request and just leave earlier?
