Tered ktard/ who cannot balik kampung for raya

Hello /k, I want to share you something.

This year, I cannot balik raya because I have finals the week after. This will be my first time raya without my family. All my friends went balik kampung and I am here all alone

You see, now that I am all alone in my house, i realized something was off. It was not as ceria as it used to be.

That is when reality hits me the hardest. In the next 3 days, my house will be as quiet as today. Only my kuceng kurap jalanan which regularly visits my house to take a nap, will keep me accompanied for raya.

And that made me rasa hiba, rindu, syahdu.

So, Id like to dendangkan tered ini to all fellow ktards who are in the same boat as me.

I wish you guys, Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri. Maaf zahir & batin.

PS. what to do for first day of raya? I havent made any plans yet. come and suggest me~

Greedy wives to blame for corruption: Indonesian m

JAKARTA (AFP) - An Indonesian minister has suggested an unusual reason for the scourge of corruption in the graft-ridden country -- men are just trying to please their greedy wives.

Indonesia has struggled against graft for years, with the country’s vast bureaucracy crippled by corruption and leading public figures, from ministers to senior judges, jailed for accepting kickbacks.

But rather than taking aim at the grasping officials themselves, Religious Affairs Minister Lukman Hakim Saifuddin suggested it was greedy wives who were fuelling corruption.

The wives of the elite in Indonesia are well-known for their love of expensive designer clothes and handbags.

“Corruption is often motivated by many things,” he was cited as saying in Kompas newspaper, referring to “extraordinary demands” from family members that pushed people to behave unusually.

“My message is not to demand too many material things that are out of the ordinary, that would be an outstanding contribution by women,” he added.

His comments were not warmly received, with housewife Viona Syavita saying it was unfair to point the finger solely at women.

“Don’t just blame wives, that is really too much,” Syavita said.

Saifuddin’s predecessor as religious affairs minister, Suryadharma Ali, was jailed for six years for corruption earlier this year.

One accusation against him was that he helped relatives skip the long waiting list to go on the pilgrimage to the Muslim holy city of Mecca.

Indonesia was ranked 88th out of 168 countries and territories in NGO Transparency International’s Corruption Perceptions Index last year. A number one ranking represents the least corrupt.

sos

inb4 Bijan tak salah... bik mam... owaii
New Malaysian Car Brand called SAF inkambing

New Malaysian brand SAF to launch April, Striker pick-up and Landfort SUV to be based on Foday models

It appears that a new national carmaker will be formed soon. Azizul Hj Tandek, managing director of Enggang Keramat Automobile, told <link removed> that the company will be launching a new Malaysian car brand called SAF – named after the arrangement of Muslims in prayer – in April this year.

The new lineup will consist of rebadged versions of models from the Chinese brand Foday, namely the Lion F22 pick-up truck and the Landfort seven-seater SUV. The two vehicles will be badged as the SAF Striker and SAF Landfort respectively, and will look identical to the Foday models, albeit with SAF badging. Both models will be built at Oriental Assemblers in Tampoi, Johor, the same company that also assembles Chery models in Malaysia.

Only one engine will be available from launch – a Mitsubishi-derived 4G69S4N 2.4 litre petrol engine delivering 134 hp at 5,250 rpm and 200 Nm of torque from 2,500 to 3,000 rpm. Five-speed manual and six-speed automatic transmissions are on offer, as is a choice of either two-wheel drive or four-wheel drive (Striker pick-up will be 4×4 only).

The Striker is expected to be priced below RM100,000, while the Landfort SUV is slated to cost less than RM150,000. Enggang Keramat is looking at an initial run of 100 units for each model when the brand is launched next month, available at 20 dealers nationwide – all 3S centres – in both Peninsular and East Malaysia. Exact kit has yet to be decided, but both models should come with dual airbags and ABS with EBD; no stability control on offer, however.

So, what do you think about Malaysia’s next homegrown car brand? Do you think it can succeed in our current automotive market? Sound off in the comments section after the jump.

Credits to paulinetan(dot)org

So, what do /k think of SAF as our P3?

Once in awhile, I heard this very goodie ost that accompanies in a lot of the scenes in the drama.

Female voice, saying 'aaaahhhh~~' with piano in the bg. Tried to google it, no answer. Only found the opening and ending song.

Anybody know the name of this ost?

Recommend me a Motor Kapcai with Manual Clutch

Hello guys, this is my first post yey. and I need some advice from Lowyats brainiest bikers.

I am looking for a motorbike with >150cc that comes with manual clutch. My budget is around ~RM 6k. I don't mind if its new or used as long as it is a manual clutch bike.

Reason to buy a motorbike: To get from uni - home - uni
Reason to buy clutch bike: To practice before riding big bikes

So, please help recommend me some motor kapcais.

Sidenote:
I was interested in Yamaha LC 135 (~RM 6-7k), but only to find out that they stopped producing the model with clutch. This was for the new models though and I got this info from my local bike store. So, old LC 135s may still have the clutch models. Then, what is the average market price for it?
