My office and my parents house is in taman melawati and i plan to send my daughter to primary chinese in setapak. Currently staying in puchong. Very faraway. Can all sifus please advise where can i buy a condo

1) <rm500k
2) 1000sft
3) adequate size of swimming pool (saville one very tiny, i need to exercise )
4) gym
5) prefer freehold

New, subsale, old also can. Cant be picky with such a budget.

How taiwanese open a bank account in malaysia ?

Hi i have a taiwanese friend whom bought two condo units in kl.

He wants to rent it out. He paid cash for the 2 units thus there are no loan involved.

Now he wants to rent it out and to collect rent he needs to open an account in banks locally.

However he is in taiwan and most website i seach requires a visa/permit to open an account.

I wven went to BNM and they told me it is not possible to open an account in malaysia if the person is not in Malaysia.

Can anyone advice? I heard international bank like hsbc, citibank can link the account from 2 countries but my friend in taiwan say the hsbc in taiwan has no idea.

I am sure there are alot foreign house owners in malaysia and there must be a way to solve this issue. Sifus out there pls help.

Requirements: Reporting to the consultant, the Office & Accounting Admin Manager will be responsible for coordinating and directing the office and assisting to produce an accurate and efficient bookkeeping service. The role will also provide assistance to the finance director on all matters.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Management of the office in all matters of administrative and HR duties.
Responsible for all aspects of Accounting (e.g. collection, payment of invoices, booking instructions, GST, monthly accruals, stock keeping, etc.)
Liaise and serve on all matters related to daily accounting related work.
Liaise and serve as a first point of contact with banks and credit institutions on all matters related to cash management and other daily business.
Establish and maintain the main a document archive: contracts, letters, regulatory documentation etc.
Other duties as assigned

Ability to coordinate an office on all matters in daily administrative duties.
