Corsair PSU Warranty

hi. my PC has been acting strange lately. after i push power button it takes about 5 minutes X2 to start. the reason for X2 is after 5 minutes my K70 keyboard LED lit up then need to unplug, push power and wait another 5 minutes. if i unplug before it lit up PC won't start. then last friday cannot start anymore even with said method. i end up buying another PSU as i need to finish my work. i know it was PSU problem because there's sparks sometimes in PSU after i switched on the power. the thing is, can i claim for warranty replacement for my previous PSU? i believed it died of natural cause but i'm not sure. as the shop i bought it is quite far from home i don't want to waste my time if it cannot be claimed. anyone has experience or know anything about it? sayang AX760 beli mahal.
