Condo Wooden Door - Realigment

Hi all,
I realized that my condo's wooden door need re-alignment. When i see the gap of the door and the beam, it seems that the gap below is smaller than the one on top. It is impacting the locking of the door and will have to sort of lift the door up to lock it.

Thus, for the re-alignment of the door, can this be done or should i change the whole door? If wanted to get someone to fix it, should it be the carpenter or someone else?

Hi,
I have a question related to a condo that I would like to purchase. I am doing a sub-sale purchase from a first hand owner of the condo (freehold)

Currently, the title has already been issued by the developer. Unfortunately, it seems that the seller did not redeem the title from the developer.

If I were to purchase this unit, would I need to pay extra redemption fees on top of the stamp duty and the standard legal fees?

I am purchasing the unit at RM400k.

Raytech Tint passing JPJ inspection?

Hi folks,
I just want to query if Raytech Security tint 70% Windscreen and back, 50% side will pass the JPJ Inspection test? I need to transfer the car to my wife. Hopefully it will pass as I spend about 1k+ on the tint few years back. Anyone experience with this before?

Just want to check if any have ever claimed Critical Illness insurance for cataract surgery? I checked in the website for the 36 critical illness insurance and it says one of it is blindness. So not sure if this would consider as blindness....

MRTA vs MRPA

I am getting and there seems to be two types of insurance coverage; MRTA and MRPA. What is the difference between these two types of coverage for a house loan? The sales person said that there are no difference in the sums insured. However, I am a bit sceptical though. Any thoughs about this?

Broadband Traffic to Edge if no traffic?

Hi there,
I am just curios, do you think that the Digi broadband signal will drop to Edge if there are not much traffic? Then after a while of heavy using, it goes back to 3G? Is this a theory or would it be true? Also my Digi at my area have been dropping to Edge for a long time, then back to 3G, and then to Edge throughout the whole day.

Also, according to the coverage map on Digi, my area only has 3G coverage but not broadband. Nevertheless, I see my modem keeps dropping to only Edge most of the time. I have been using Digi for almost three months but no issue until sometime this week where it keeps being in Edge network most of the time. I called the nice folks at Digi and it seems that says my area is not under broadband so it's normal to have Edge network. For the past few months, the reason I got 3G/Broadband network is because there are not many users in my area so they let me use it.

What do you all think?

VPN via Digi Broadband 3G and Wifi Modem

Hi folks,
I am very interested in getting Digi 3G. However, my main concern will be to VPN back to my company for work purpose. Also, I would like to know if anyone is using a wifi modem? I have a couple of devices that would connect via this modem.

My questions would be:
1. Any problem encountered with both the above?
2. What about the stability of the connection?
3. Any experience users in Puchong Utama?

Praying to strange altar

Today I saw a friend of mine who pray to an altar which contains a red prayer type plate. On it contains sweets, milk, and choc. According to him, it's an altar to pray to child spirits. He will need to change those food daily.

Anyone knows anything about this? Is this dangerous to the person who pray and their family members who pray to it?
