One day i was browsing /k when i saw someone gave me a revelation

"Ur brain remember bad memory more than good memory due to evolution"

And I realise this is true. Our brain are wired to remember bad memory so we would keep in mind to survive.

That is why my brain is full of bad memory and bad experience in the past while not remembering good memories.

From today on i will conscious effort to forget bad memory and remember good ones. Ur life is in ur hand, dont filled it with bad memory

So my compeni got this contractor cleaning workers from india
They said thry from small village near chennai

Morning wake up 5.30am
Clean different place until 6.30pm then reach hostel oredi 7
6 days a week
Some more their work is really deep cleaning, not anyhow sweep sweep awhile saje

Pay only less than rm1.5k a month

I really admire them very hardworking. Work so long hour and little rest for many year to support family
