PC Build Check + Monitor Upgrade Suggestion – Need

I’m planning to rebuild my PC and would love to get some feedback before committing to the purchase.
Below is my current proposed build, aimed mainly at gaming (some AAA titles, some eSports), with some light productivity use.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D (Tray Unit)
Cooler: ID-COOLING FROZN A720 Tower
Motherboard: MSI MAG B650 TOMAHAWK WIFI
RAM: G.SKILL Trident Z5 NEO RGB DDR5 2x16GB 6400MHz CL32
GPU: ZOTAC RTX 5070 Ti Solid OC 16GB GDDR7
SSD: XPG GAMMIX S70 BLADE 1TB PCIe Gen4
PSU: CORSAIR RM750e Full Modular (2025 Edition)
Case: Lian Li Lancool 217 Black

Total price (rough): RM8450 – RM9300 depending on bundle/pricing

A Few Questions:
1. Does the build look solid and balanced? Any parts I should change or be cautious about?
2. Is the ID-Cooling A720 sufficient for the 7800X3D long-term? (Not planning to overclock.)
3. Any compatibility issues I might have missed?
4. Monitor Advice Needed – I’m currently on a BenQ XL2411Z (1080p 144Hz TN) which has served me well for years in FPS titles, but I feel like it won't do justice to the RTX 5070 Ti.

I’m considering upgrading to something like the BenQ MOBIUZ EX2710Q (1440p 165Hz IPS).
Would that be a worthwhile upgrade? Any better options in the RM1000–RM1500 range for 1440p 144–165Hz gaming?

Any input would be super appreciated. Thanks in advance.

As per title said, trying be a good citizen pay off my parking saman at MPAJ pandan indah but somehow miraculously the saman that i pay 2 years ago reappear in the record... seen like someone been neglected their duty at the department or the record just been re-input after i pay it... lucky still got keep the receipt still what a hassle...

Anyone experience this problem before?

Note 8 Tempered Glass and Casing

Just got Note 8 last Saturday but wasn't able to decide on what temper glass or casing to used. However during survey and research it seen cheap temper glass or screen protector won't do well for note 8 as it will affect the sensitivity of the panel edge.

Thus, was wondering if lowyat sold any of the tempered glass that user friendly and fit well with note 8... One of the recommendation i get is Spigen Neo Flex Film Screen Protector and was wondering if it is sold at lowyat... Casing would be a bonus as i still wanted to see if there is any better casing compared to what i have currently... Thanks

I kinda of new to the UPS stuff but was looking a true sine wave UPS. In malaysia what brand would you recommend...?
My current power supply used are about 700+ walt including power supply and monitor.

I gone through this article was looking to get CyberPower CP1500PFCLCD 1500VA. However i check other post it seen it is not available in Malaysia. So is that any other similar alike UPS that is available in Malaysia currently...?
