            <title>RPGT waiver , refund timing and procedure</title>
            <link>http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/4640763</link>
<description>Hi guys ,I got a buyer who are interested to buy over my tenanted property which I acquired 4years back , so based on my checking back my SNP was signed 2014 during undercon and now been VP-ed 1 year+ only I found buyer I will probably got to pay 15% out of my the gain made for the buyer SNP purchase price right? Let say the difference is like 200K, so I got to pay 30K only right ? Question is should I get a waiver , or if I do not, what fees can be used to deduct the RPGT amount such as legal fees, agent fees, renovation fees , and maintenance fees paid? SNP lawyer told me that I will get hold around 30% from the 10% paid by buyer for RPGT purpose , but the 30% out of that is not even 30K, so would LHDN request me to top up , then checked paid only I get a refund , how long is the refund from LHDN btw ? Anyone goes through this can enlighten?</description>
