I'm looking for a service that provide maid everyday from 9am-8pm. The reason is I can't provide a room/house for them so that's why opt for this concept rather than importing 1 in. Preferably can speak Malay/English .

hi,I want to spray my rims but kinda hard to get place replace rim with my size.My usual shop say i can tumpang his shop while i send my rims and my car without wheels have to stand on the stand right? Im sure he will use the machine stand.

Whats the outcome if i use the normal stand that tahan keta while change brakepad for few days?

hi there,

I want to buy a condo worth around 300k and im a cash buyer.Ive heard from a friend that we have to pay 10% after singing SnP/SPA then there would be a 6 months period for us to pay the balance right?

Can this 6 months period be held longer or that is the maximum period? Ive asked around but no one can give me the right answer until I come in their office which is useless because if it is 6 months I would prefer to go nearest law firm rather than travel.

Here goes I bought a car and now wanna sell it,but my problem is the i bought the car cash.Now when i wanna sell ppl keep asking me how to deal on loans which I never knew how it works.I answered i dont know and they turned their back on me.I need any sifus to guide me how to explain or teach them? It's a RM71k price we're dealing here.

Some even ask me downpayment and if his salary RM1,600 can afford ka?

Hi ladies!

Here goes i resize my gf's ring few months ago maybe February now the diamond is missing.Can i argue this with Tiffany & co to replace or i have to purchase new diamond on my own.It's only been few months and when they resize there was no "sir,this diamond will fall of because it has gone up to different size" . Some of my friend said it shouldnt come out and i should argue.

I paid RM750 resize and RM250 polishing.

Im so confused and worried so before i go there and argue,wanna ask the ladies on your opinion?

Well im 19 years old,currently i have 2 house under my name,a shop lot and 2 cars..The new apartment that i just bought in wangsa maju have a unit for sale(just next to my door).The price i bought RM150k now the market value went up about RM230k,i went to few banks to ask if i can re-finance the house that i bought to buy the next door house.They told me i can't because the house i bought was under progress payment plan.They told me to mortage the house now and get loan to buy the next house.Monthly min 25years is about RM1100,this amount is not a problem as i will be renting the next door house and mum told me she can support if theres no ppl renting the house.

My question is..What are the pro n cons here? Can i run from the intrest? I forgot who told me if i settle the amount within 5years i can skip the intrest.At my age am i too young for this loan? My mum and dad are not working but we have lil bit going on which the bank wont know about,while my brothers are still studying just like me.The bank told us we only need asset which what we have now.We can pay cash half of the amount but then mum and dad have to declair am i right? Is there any expert that can help me on this?

My cousin has been in a private mahad tahfiz at tmn nirwana ampang since standard 4.Now he's in high school form 1 wants to enroll better mahad tahfiz bcuz this private school in not teaching him academic and fully islamic studies.We scout out there's a hostel private mahad tahfiz in Semenyih and Nilai.Looking at hostel condition and previous students turning out bad now we're looking for better school and possible near ampang so he can come back home everyday.

ok guys after reading sooooooooooo many pages of topics i need some serious reviews and opinion about these 3 cars..im a student only 19..n im a huge person..aka big,fat,belon..hehehe..n i spend about 70% time on 24/7 in car..due to my heavy-going-out-type..

1. 2nd hand v6 perdana (rm20k++ comes with no plate W** 88) brother's friend car
2. new proton persona (h-line 57k++)
3. new naza bestari(60k++)

my mum gave me budget about 60k++ to spend on a new car and shes dont really like the idea of a 2nd hand car..

1.ive read about perdana v6 FC ..quite high as im driving in kl area..how long can this car "live" if the car is year2002? if i take this car im sure the cost of repair going to be around 6-7k to fully complete the car..but very comfy ..luxury..

2.good engine 1.6 but dun have OD..very big ..comfy..but i heard its bit "lembut" then gen2..price quite high for proton..heard got lil bit problem of power window?

3.tip-tronic,dont really catch my eyes(mum choice)..under-powered..but not malaysian car...classy meter by jaeger..FC quite ok..handling is ok..

so what do you guys say? or any other car that is around my budget?
