Ram not running at full speed

Hi, I'm new using Ryzen system for the first time so I'm a bit clueless whether I'm doing the right thing or not.
Already check the BIOS version and its the latest one.
My ram speed right now are like this.

Is this the correct settings in BIOS to get a full speed?
I'm changed the ram slot too and still can't get a full speed.

Here's my spec:
Ryzen 5 3600
Asrock B450m Pro4
Klevv Bolt X 8GBx2 (16GB) 3200Mhz
RTX 2060
Super Flower Silver Eco 500W
I pick those setup based on hardware suggestions thread.

What makes me annoyed is every time I start the pc, it's quite slow to boot compared to my old rig (Both using the same SSD) and I had to always sync the time because the times are not precise.
Is this normal for using Ryzen for the first time?

How to remove yellow stain on the wall?

I already fixed the leaking sources on the rooftop and now I'm trying to fix this yellow stain on the wall but I already tried painted the wall with undercoat and primer paint and it kept coming back.
Do I need some special wall paint to hide this yellow stain?

im trying to find cheap 4k tv and i found this brand.
is this brand good?
i dont need smart, hdr etc etc functions though.
and i cant find the details on their website about this tv have rca 3.5mm jack or not since im using edifier basic speakers which is only have rca 3.5mm jack connector.
