Download Speed

Here's the situation
Me and my fren download a same thing from internet using thunder.......
I use 3 hrs to finish (most probably 1-2 hours since starting it just won't download.)
My average download speed is only 28++KBps.

But the strange thing is my fren's average speed of download that thing is 400++KBps.
and he just use 13mins to finish the thing.
when he downloading, i still have other things downloading.....
even though i might hog the line but it totally no affect to my fren.

I'm using a 1MBps streamyx.

How come it can run up to that speed?
is there anyway to archive that speed?

Windows live msger + TTplayer = Problem

Hi there.
I have a problem with windows live msger.
I listen to music with ttplayer and chatting with fren.
then suddenly cursos unable to move at all then everything hang.
The song will play until it finish.
i pressed ctrl + alt + del oso no response.
help pls...

i donno what i've done.
but i think i change some setting.
i cannot open my drive or file with double click.
if i double click, it opens the search window.
anyone can help here?

in addition, aren't "open" is the 1st option of right click?
anyone know how to make it like default setting?

1. my pc auto restart twice.
2. when i wanna sign-in my account, a msg pop-up said something like local user account unable to load and user account corrupted.....

pls help......

P/S:
i already use program try to repair problem.
then i restart it.
the msg pop-up again when i login my account after i restart it.
