Comfort zone vs new challenge

Guys, I have not been in this dilemma and have been thinking and thinking again for past week. So now I decided to post here fto get more input. Comments are welcome.

Current company
Management problem , like to micromanage since new boss join. Up to the extend to change mon-fri work to mon - sat (once per month). Even public holiday also needs to work and if you don't work, he will purposely text or call to annoy you.

Colleagues are friendly and but interdepartments do not support each other which makes my department is the department to take all as I am production.

New offer
Better opportunity, works mon to Fri. Better benefit and almost 10 days more annual leaves. My friends and family have advised me to go ahead as it is surely better offer.

But my dilemma now is my friendly colleagues and teammates. I have developed a feeling with them. The feeling of friends where it feels really sad for me to leave them. Maybe we went through hardship together before and over delivered last year. That's why I feel like this.

Ps im not fresh graduate and have been working with many companies but this is the first time I am feeling like this.

Resignation advise

I have been working with this company for 7 months and my confirmation should happened 1st of January 2020.
My boss verbally says that "for sure I will confirm you, dont worry" but until today, I am yet to get my confirmation letter.

In my offer letter, it is stated that for probation period, I need to serve a month of notice, while after confirmed, the notice is 3 months.

So if I want to leave now, which period do I need to serve?

a) immediately 24 hours notice (before not confirmed also finished probation already)
b) 1 month of notice (follow probation period)
c) 3 months of notice (assume i have been confirmed)

I have been with my girlfriend for more than 1 year and she is getting more demanding now. I feel that I cannot take it anymore. Can anyone give me some advise what to do.

We used to work near to each other. Therefore we are always together for dinner for past year. Recently we shifted job and we got separated. She is in kl and I am in seremban. That we still call each other every night.

But now she started to be a bit demanding to me.telling me

1) did not help her with her car during weekend (wash,pump petrol,service). She feels that as a bf, I should do this for her every weekend.

2) she always blame me for not helping her at work (new job so there is stress). I don't know how to help man, she knows the situation better than me. She feels that when I give opinion, I am against her. But I am just giving honest opinion about the situation

3) we also got want to buy house together for future. We get advise from parents of both sides. But when my parents say that the house is not that good and encourage us to see more. She is angry and say I only want my family. I do not even care about her. And says want to break up because I love my family.

I am really getting disappointed with this scenario. I feel that I am being mentally torture now. Although we been through up and down, but she is taking it as a reason to take advantage on me.

Anyone can give me some suggestions?

sorry but i dont know where I should post this to. either Cupid or Job advise.
So My boss recently like this girl college and she does not like him.
The girl colleague sits beside me and everytime, my boss will just stand at my place and sweet talk her.

She already said thousand times not interested but my boss still does not want to give up.
He even ask me to leave my place just to make sure he can disturb her.
I am really pissed with this situation

I saw people such as secretary or minute writer recording the whole meeting conversation during meeting with management which involve manager and above

Their reason is to ease the process of writing minutes later. I read through some articles online about this and was surprised that this is not right

French workers get 'right to disconnect' from emails out of hours

France employees are getting the legal right to avoid work emails outside working hours.

The new law, which has been dubbed the "right to disconnect", comes into force on 1 January.
Companies with more than 50 workers will be obliged to draw up a charter of good conduct, setting out the hours when staff are not supposed to send or answer emails.

France has a working week of 35 hours, in place since 2000. Supporters of the new law say that employees who are expected to check and reply to their work emails out of hours are not being paid fairly for their overtime, and that the practice carries a risk of stress, burnout, sleep problems and relationship difficulties.

Hey all, it's me again. I have a crush with my colleague but both of us are not working in same department. I understand she does not has a bf and also she is looking for one.

How to test or try to move on from here. I am pretty sure that she does not know I have a crush with her. I am thinking to go all in by asking her out in Christmas.

Ayam work 2 yrs already but my kolik all new fresh graduate
Ayam see my kolik fucuking rich.
Boy boy wear timberland, laugh Lauren, rolex and drive Mercedes and honda city
Girl girl use Prada, Dior, channel
All phone use iphone 7†

But ayam drive potong saga, wear g shock and also normal shirt. I feel so sad larh.

so now ayam next week working in Garden midvalley.

Can i go garden office using ktm? I want to reach at 7.45am. Will the pintu at midvalley open so that i can go to garden?
