MSI gs66 Stealth 10UG Keyboard

amustaffa — Wed, 18 Aug 2021 23:32:23 +0800

Hi guys,

Wondering anybody else is facing this issue.

MSI GS66 Stealth 10UG laptop https://www.msi.com/Laptop/GS66-Stealth-10UX/Specification

SteelSeries Engine can only detect and configure the keyboard right after factory reset.
Once the Windows update is done, SSE can't detect the keyboard anymore.

Tried everything on Youtube and reddit. Uninstalling, reinstalling device manager keyboard from standard to Steelseries, same with SSE and Dragon Center. Still same issue. It only work during initial factory reset with MSI image, even fresh windows install doesn't make the SSE detects the keyboard.

Any idea? Any help would be appreciated.
