MiBox S vs TX6

Was thinking of getting myiptv4k and media box to go with it. Was comparing these two - MiBox S or Tanix TX6. If I mainly use it to watch AOD on Astro, Live Football, Netflix HD. I don't need 4k, but it's just nice to have. But best to have strong connectivity on Wifi, and not LAN. Which do you recommend?

Unstable connection after using new TM equipments

Hi guys, need your technical advice.

I was previously on Unifi 30mbps using Unifi's modem and my own Asus RT-N56U router. I never had any problem with my connection.

Then I just got offer to free upgrade to 500mbps. Their tech guys came and replace the modem. Then when they checked my Asus router, they found that the router is old, and cannot support more than 200mbps. So I asked them to replace the router as well. They gave me D-Link AC1200. When they tested using cable, it went up to 500mbps. When tested on Wifi, it reaches slightly above 200mbps on 5G, but only about 70mbps on normal line. I'm fine with that. They did some configurations and left.

Now I notice that my normal line reaches only about 30+mbps, and around 70-100mbps for 5G line. That is just one problem, but the main problem is that it's unstable when I'm connected using mobile phone. I notice that when I'm watching a video on FB, it buffers every 20-30 secs. When I'm browsing Instagram, it will load several post on the timeline, then it will stop loading. It feels as it connection keeps dropping, but when it's connected, it's fast.

Is there anything I need to configure on the modem?

Exercise to lose weight and strengthen back

Hey guys, wanted to consult you on what equipment should I be getting for home (not planning to go gym) if I want to do more cardio, and hopefully do something to strengthen my lower back. Previous chiropractors recommended brisk walking (with some stretching). Is a treadmill, elliptical or stationary bike better?
