Suspect line been hijacked, help

Hi, im sabah jaring user using 2mb package with Modem Mitsubishi AS-1000GN2-1GTZ. Not sure how many know about this model modem, try to google but non found about it.
There a few times lag, I go test speedtest, and I get 0.2-0.5mb which I normally get 1.8mb. The weird is when I run pps(stream movie), I do get back 1.6mb dl speed. This somehow make me felt my line been hijacked.
I do have a housemate, last time I usually share line to him, but with rule only online game allow, coz im gamer, I don’t like laggy, but then I catch him a few times that he surfing/streaming which make me lag while gaming, hence i no more allow him connect to my modem.

so here I got a few question;

1 - Is it possible hijack line without any cable connect to modem?

2 - Is there a way to check / track whether my line been hijack?

2 - Can I track my where line usage go?

Hi all WOWer, i need help
Before yr 2009, my ping was nice around 300-500ms, but yr 2009 start always get 1000ms-3000ms, totally cant wow, unleast i get ip 118.101.xx.xx then only can play, but hard coz always get ip 60.50.xx or 60.53. this ip totally cant wow.
my question is if 1000-3000ms, will game path work? i mean will it back to around 500ms? or just reduce abit ?

i just get my streamyx for Bt, but...

i just get streamyx for download by using bitcomet.. and the download speed is 0kb/sec.. y like tat 1? does tmnet block o wat?
