Frameless door (or hidden flush door)

I am looking for a “hidden door” idea to blend in the door with surrounding walls, and come across the “frameless door” or flush door design.

Can anyone share your experience? If it is practical?

Is there any readymade flush door available in the market? If yes, can you share where can you buy it in KL/Selangor area?
Granite vs stainless steel sink

During a visit to a friend’s house, I noticed some hazy “white” stains on the surface of her black color granite sink in the kitchen, especially when it is dry, and claimed no matter how hard she tried, she could never get rid of the stains.

Does anyone experience the same problem? Is it a common problem for granite? Does granite require greater care compare to stainless steel sink?

I just placed an order for a granite sink, now I have to re-think...

For illustration purpose, I attach a googled pic:

[attachmentid=6238639]

How to get Permit to work from MPAJ?

Does anyone (contractor or runner) here offer service to get “Permit to Work” from MPAJ? Please PM your contacts.

Or anyone could share your experience getting PTW from MP? I heard many house owners tend to avoid that and rather get fine, worth to bypass?

My house is in a GG community; the management insists to get approval from MP before any work to start even for awning & skylight.

Thank you in advanced!

WTA: Water booster pump

Dear LYN members, I am expecting my house ready soon and would like to install household water booster pump due to low pressure; However I don’t have enough knowledge to decide which model or specification to go for, would appreciate if anyone here could advise how to decide a water pump:
1)	Which horsepower is appropriate to your house?
2)	Does the specification relate to the number of users? Usage? No of bathrooms? Piping? etc
3)	Any maintenance is required?
4)	I have a solar heater in place, does it matter when choosing a water pump?

Last but not least, if anyone here is selling a booster pump and installation service, please PM me for details.

Many thanks!

*Note: posted similar question in other sub topic before, but no respond so far, so decided to post it as a new topic.
