Ques bout braces

Hi. I just broke my braces, need to fix it ASAP because it's hurting and I can feel my teeth shifting
But the thing is I did it in Msia and I'm currently in Sg due to certain reasons I can't fly back immediately for treatment.
Ok my ques is
Can I go to any dental here in Sg to fix it (just change the rubber and wire) or I must fly back to Msia and get it fixed by my ori ortho
