Role:
Operations Outlet Executive

Job Responsibilities:
- Customer relationship management
• Servicing walk in customers
• Accountable to provide high customer service level and develop strong customer relationship
• Understand customers needs and wants, their requirements and problems
• Understand any situation of conflict and resolve them with proper manner
- Handle day to day task
• Data Entry
• Paperwork
- Explaining products/services
- Answer inbound calls
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the shop

Remuneration:
- 6 days work per week, 8 hours per day (Shift Based)
- 9.30am to 9pm (Monday to Friday)
- 10am to 5pm (Saturday and Sunday)
