Any good socks proxy in sg? as in the topic has said.

Need a close by proxy until i wait for the stupid tmnut to reroute the connection to a more stable one.

price can be around 10 - 20 a month no p2p just gaming.

Well i have a friend in peneng who gives 100 - 200 pings to wow. And he let me route thru him.

The problem now is how do i route thru him? VPN? If you say any of these please also included the intructions and method to fix a proxy server. For me i can use sockscap2 to connect to him.

But what can we do on his sides?
- Proxy Program ? (recommend some)
- Any things you might wanna add.

Update: I just got my bc from IT Station 2nd Floor. Remember its 2nd Floor at AsiaCity Complex the new colorfull one.

Seems like the lady there also surf lowyat forums and knew me once i say i was from LYN

Price ranges from 16x - 175 Some With "World Of Warcraft Ring" Some dont.
(Cheap ones dont have, the 175 have a ring which you can show off)

To all sabahan i recommend that place, They even have wow:ce selling there *i think* and have alot of copies of wow:bc

This bug has bothered me for awhile now... anyone experiencing it?

If u see someone else's dp is a flash. You will instantly crash.

This dont apply to your own dp even if its flash.

Solution cure?

Why Do WoWers Confuse

It seems that alot of WOWers misunderstood why tmnet ping is so high to wow.

It is not due to sucky international traffic, not due to sucky tmnet routing, AND NOTHING to do with distance(but it does on a very small scale).

Also it has nothing to do with tmnet limiting your bandwidth.

Its is due to Bandwidth throttling introduced "Smartly by tmnet" since 2003.

Fact 1 : Bandwidth throttling Does not "LIMIT" your download speed.
Fact 2 : Bandwidth throttling Does not "BLOCK" you from international users *hence* p2p

What Bandwidth throttling does is a method of ensuring a bandwidth intensive device, such as a server, will limit ("throttle") the quantity of data it transmits and/or accepts within a specified period of time. Bandwidth throttling helps provide quality of service (QoS) by limiting network congestion and server crashes.

In Layman terms, It is slowing each packet down and put it in a queue to be sent to international links, Therefore increasing the "Response Time" we get when connecting overseas.

Why diffrent ip have diffrent ping times you asked.

Each set of ip "usually" have a set allocated international bandwidth for them. If that set of ip have more bandwidth OR in some cases LESS P2P users, They will have less Response time due to the fact that the packet takes less queue to be transmitted out.

Okay What happens if theres no throttling?

There will be a degration of service and alot of timeouts. This is when you guys start to whine about lousy tmnet service with timeouts but less lag

Which side they perfer more? Ele / Restore for guilds slot

Usually restore i get until NS and ele i get till ED but this leaves me shorthanded with no mana tide / elemantal mastery or do u think i should forget about ED and just get mana tide?

I know that guilds want shammy with MT and full restro spec but its fun playing a CHAINLightning BBQer w critical

So how do u think the guild will lub / hate my build?
