I paid an amount of RM500 but didn&#39;t shipped out my item. Here&#39;s the story: I found an ads on mudah.my selling second hand/preloved ipad mini 1 for RM500. Since i was looking for a chrismas gift for my son, i contacted the seller and ask about the item. He told me that the item is in perfect condition and if i want he ask me to meet him up. Since i was in Penang and his on JB i ask him to send via poslaju but before i required him to send me his IC picture, personal photo and ipad mini photo. I also ask him for screenshot of his account number. We talked and talked until i was convinced that he is serious seller. The day after he send me a message and he told me that he is on poslaju office to send out the item but i need to confirm the photos of ipad that is good condition before he send it. unfortunately i late saw his message and replied and he told me that he&#39;s already at work and he will send again tomorrow. the next day i chat him and ask if he managed to send out my item. he told me that he is so busy but he ask his wife to send it out. on the afternoon i asked him to send me the tracking number but he just said that her stupid wife lost the receipt. i have no choice but to wait. after 3 days of waiting no ipad arrived at my home. ask him again and he said that her wife is very stupid to send it on wrong address. he go to the office and re-claim the item and re-send it to me. but same thing happen. until i message him every minute and he told me that something came up and he can&#39;t send the item anymore. he promised me that he will refund my money.
