hye..

recently i attend one interview. the panel said he dun want to be so formal & dun want to ask standard question ..he said he just want to get to know me and analyze my attitude. & many times he just went silence at the end of one conversation...instead of asking question, he like me to ask as many question as possible..& didn't prepare for that . actually i expect to be question & answer session that kind of conversation..
i expect him to steer the conversation instead of letting me to take control of the chat session. so what i did is i just ask question , i keep digging about the company as hard as i can...until i didn't know what to ask about more.
but many times of his silences.. i slipped by making the 'urm, ok, err' sound and blurted some gibberish question .. i failed to steer the conversation at all... i found this hard since im kinda a wallflower & not a chit-chat type, i feel that i've done poorly

so any advice on this type of interview?

problem- can't check disk & defrag hard disk

today i just realize this irregularities occur to my computer..

i have this few problem..
when i boot my pc, the windows usually cannot load correctly. sometimes stuck in the middle of loading screen..sometimes freeze when desktop beginning to load ...and it need to be restarted for a few times before the windows to load correctly..

so i think that maybe my computer just need a few checkup and defragmentation after so many month i didn't do mentenance. so i open the properties of partition C/: first, & i open tools tab , and click the button "check now"in the selection "error-checking" function. however i got this message stating that "windows was unable to complete the disk check"...then i tried the defragment function also gives error "disk defragment cannot start"

laptop audio jack n speaker problem

hye. i have problem with my laptop speaker/audio hardware here. the speaker running great normally. but the problem is when i put my headphone in the audio jack output...the result is they both ruinning at the same time.. what i mean is , the headphone give output sound, but in the same time,the speaker that suppose to turn off automaticaly do not turn mute.. instead, it still running in parallel. its keep bugering me cuz if i want to use my laptop to hear music in public place...the speaker wont go off even i input the headphone on the jack.
isit hardware problem?? or driver problem?

so really appreciate help from the pro here ..tq
