Assembling a new pc in Penang?

This is my second time getting a new pc assembled from scratch. First time was done in PC Depot in Butterworth.

I have 2 primary questions, which are "Is my limited budget of RM 2k possible to get something that can run the new Doom game on medium with 60 fps?" and
"Which parts are recommended around my price range, and where should I get them?"

I'm just an average gamer getting a new rig, and am not particularly knowledgeable when it comes to parts specs or stores, so details are very much appreciated.
