Shoulder injury

I've injured my left shoulder from bench few months back. Stopped training since but still the pain persists. It's not very painful but at certain angle I can feel it. It's hard to pinpoint the exact location where it hurts so it was hard explaining to the chinese chiro i went last Saturday. He did some adjustments but still the pain is there.

Should I continue seeing him / see another chiro / see hospital specialist?

UOB MT or CIMB MT?

I have been selected for these 2 MT programs and I'm in a crossroad now. UOB have offered me Commercial Banking, which means I'll only be rotated within this division while for CIMB, there's at least about 60% chance I'll be in Investment, that means I'm not placed in any dept yet.

Ups - better starting pay, better perks, emphasis work-life balance, potentially able to travel to Singapore or even posted there, joining with a group of MAs.
Downs - No idea. Bonus not as high as CIMB?

CIMB

Ups - Potential employment in Investment Banking, which says a lot. Big bonus.
Downs - Only based in HQ, long working hours, 2 year bond.

I'm actually an engineering graduate, that means both fields are totally new to me. I roughly know what I want but if this situation is thrown to you, which one will you choose? I know it depends on what I want but I'm trying to gather some responses for you guys and evaluated based on that. I need more insights.
