Pros & Cons of "allowance"

So I got this job offer where they meet my expected salary, BUT question here is this: they lower the basic pay and add the so called allowance.

I'm thinking if I accepted the offer, that would mean that my negotiation point for future pay starts from the base.

Can someone please share their opinion on this?

Guys, I'm fairly new to this. I just paid for the tax form to declare my non-US or Irish resident to get the tax exemption for the shares I'm holding. I need to get our LHDN to sign my form for the declaration? What are the ways to go about this?

One Community Worldwide

I'm always a firm non-believer of MLM. I was recently introduced to this so called company One Community Worldwide in The Weld, KL. - Unlucky for me, I thought I could go there just to listen, but was somehow "forced" into joining the One Prosumer Program (OPP) for just RM1. Since it's a small amount I just paid for it and forget about it and not wanting it to hear from it again.

Has anyone heard of it? Do you think it's a scam? To me it is some sort of well crafted scam business model that looks legit la.

I could not seem to find any info related to hotlink WBB. I have been having hard time looking for the sim card that is meant for the dongle usage. I used to be able to just purchase any sim card from hotlink (no thanks to the confusing marketing segregation) and subscribe to the wireless broadband plan right away without much hassle.

Has WBB from hotlink been discontinued already?
