Recently I'm went through so many property in town within Shah Alam..hunting for new house..sadly to said that property has increase tremendously.

Built-up at 2,600 sq ft selling at RM1.3 mil.

How's the youngster nowadays going to secure a property?

I heard that new project in coming near to Setia Alam area..anyone know about it?Beside SP Setia any other developer houses is worth buying?

Setia Alam recently launch 3 storey link house 20' x 65'. I queue for the unit but I didnt manage to get the unit that I want.

Property price are getting expensive now.

For those look for affordable houses, unable to get the unit that they want.
