The owner has spent months renovating it into something quite different from the usual apartment. The interior has a European cabin feel, with custom wood features, tilework and a unique layout.<br /><br />Some of the highlights:<br /><br />📐 1,334 sq ft duplex penthouse<br /><br />🛏️ 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms<br /><br />🌿 Custom balcony glasshouse / patio<br /><br />🔥 Private indoor sauna room<br /><br />🚗 One covered parking bay<br /><br />🏡 Relatively private, with no neighbouring blocks directly overlooking the unit<br /><br />The master bedroom has also been expanded by combining two of the original rooms.<br /><br />Now, here’s the interesting part: the price.<br /><br />At RM350,000, the asking price works out to around RM262 per sq ft.<br /><br />For comparison, newer developments such as Centrum Iris in Brinchang have advertised prices of around RM784–RM800 per sq ft, depending on the unit type.<br /><br />Of course, they are not exactly like-for-like comparisons.
